Monserrat is a neighborhood
located in the historic helmet of the City of Buenos Aires. Some of the places
of interest located in the neighborhood are: the City Hall, the Plaza of May,
the Government House, the Plaza of the Congress, the headquarters of the
Government of the City of Buenos Aires, and the churches of Montserrat, San
Francisco and Our Lady of the Rosary, the Convent of Holy Sunday and the Avenue
