Casa Palermitano is located in Palermo Viejo, this neighborhood has been converted in recent years, in one of the most important poles of design, fashion and gastronomy of Buenos Aires. The last tendencies in purely Argentine design can be found, a great variety of restaurants where different styles of food can be tested, as well as at bars located on old remodeled houses giving them an unique style. Palermo has known to conserve their family character and their architecture in spite of their development, what permits al visiting to know better the argentinian culture.

The house is near three important avenues: Cordoba, Santa Fé and Corrientes, what permits our guests an easy access to other neighborhoods through buses and subways, which they are found located near the house. The house is attended by Lorena, a french-mexican woman, who worked in several international companies, what permitted her to travel and to live in different countries of Latin America and of Europe, giving her the different possibility of knowing cultures and societies.

The house was built in 1898 and has a typical structure of sausage house, like they are used to calling them in Buenos Aires. Two renewals were carried out, the first one in the years 70 and the second in 2006, what gave to the house a modern style. At present the house has been decorated with objects originating from different parts of Latin America and of Europe. Nevertheless, it continues maintaining its original structure, the restructurings respected the double height in all the rooms and parlors of the house. The bovedillas in the dining room were maintained also, as well as all the original openings in wood that are found intact. We have two parlors so our guests can share experiences, to interact and to live together during their stopover in Buenos Aires facilitating thus a cultural exchange. We count also with a free space with grill to share typical roasts and chats.
